UCSC Fitness Center has a vast range of equipment to help you reach your fitness goals. They have a complete set of all the weighlifting equipment you need on the first floor along with a large section on the upper floor for cardio!

Indoor Cycling Class is one of the exercises that is offered in the Fitlife Program! Indoor Cycling is an excellent form of cardio which is good for cutting down body fat and overall weight.
